I have problem installing the mcafee since May 2020, I spoke with your agents and informed me that they will submit escalation to fix for me to install the software on my computer. The link that is found on the mybenefits.aol.com is not working 'This page is no longer working"
we cannot go to the page where we can install the program. Please update me as soon as possible for me to use the mcafee that i'm paying .Thank you -

I am suppose to have this security in my Benefits pkg. Come to find out it was due to expire on the fifth of this month. I tried calling AOL to find out about it and was unable to get a response. How come a person can't contact AOL via the telephone and talk to a customer service person?

I have been unable to resolve a debacle concerning one of my supposed AOL "benefits." I've essentially given up. There has been no response to my repeated requests for a number or email address I can respond to since at this point I am unwilling to invest more time in waiting on the phone for representatives who themselves do not have sufficient authority to resolve problems that are entirely AOL's creation.

I am told I have used all the "benefits" - really. Have not used any and wanted "My Privacy" but am "full" (full of what I wonder and who?)

Do not understand why I have to renew a subscription for LifeLock that I have had, and been charged for, over a number of years. Why is this? And when I attempt to activate this benefit is goes to a "Page cannot be displayed" error screen". What a hassle!!
