ads in email and on website. If I am a paying member, provide us an option to stop seeing ads.
I am on the verge of completely moving away from AOL when I see adds in my inbox every day....particularly as a paying user. Some benefits are ok, but not worth me seeing Ads...if this continues, I will canx.

I am also a paying member and AOLwants me to pay an additional $6.00 a month in addition to what I am currently paying (what I am receiving for my monthly payment is unknown to me) so i can read e-mails ad free/banner free. I guess I cancel current plan and sign up for the $6.00 ad free app?

25 years, paying, like some of the benefits. Do not like all the ADs. Seems that's for no pay email accounts. Especially irritating are the ads that pop up in-between emails on my phone.

I am also considering AOL after more than 20 years because of the ads and these scammers ,hostile Indians who AOL employed as servicing agents. Once they demand payment from me for directing me on how I should download AOL gold, when I had no intentions of paying, they locked up my computer.
Today 7/23 I again called for service, I complained that I have no interest in them assisting me, somehow they again locked up my laptop. Its time AOL do something about this service. -

I have been with A0L since 1999 paying, not having to pay and again paying monthly for AOL Gold. Why am I suddenly subjected to ads in my iPhone and iPad? Too much junk mail allowed through also.

I Agree. I have had a paid subscription for years and they stick ads in my email every second. ******
