   I am also a paying member and AOLwants me to pay an additional $6.00 a month in addition to what I am currently paying (what I am receiving for my monthly payment is unknown to me) so i can read e-mails ad free/banner free. I guess I cancel current plan and sign up for the $6.00 ad free app?

9. Improve tech support... difficult to understand and then when I set the phone down to log onto another device (a MacBook) they hung up!
