AOL/ Masque and Gamepoint games will not load, or get disconnected

AOL / Masque Games will not load AGAIN... Same with Gamepoint games. They either freeze or disconnect. WHY ?????

If you’re having trouble with an online game, there are a few easy fixes that could solve the problem. Try the solutions below in the order they’re given. If the first solution doesn’t fix the problem, try the next one.

1. Upgrade your browser
Our games run best on the latest browser technology  
Upgrade Firefox: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/?scene=2 
Upgrade Chrome: www.google.com/chrome‎ 
Upgrade Safari: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204416 

2. Install the latest version of Adobe Flash: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ 

3. Open Games on AOL.com on another browser
Try opening it on Firefox, Chrome, or Safari. If it works in another browser, continue to use that browser to play the game.

4. Clear your browser cache

If you’re using Internet Explorer, you can also try to increase the cache size. 

5. Install Java: http://www.java.com/en/download/ 

6. Clear your Java cache:

IMPORTANT: Once you’re done clearing your browser cache and Java cache, please close all browsers (or your AOL Desktop software), reopen, and then try playing the game.

    AOL Games is becoming junk..sign-in problems many refresh page errors so bad that I have to go pogo I paid for which doesn't have all the games I like, but hey, their site works...

    Repair please didn't do that before and other people on Masque games chat saying the same thing about unresponsive and needing to reload.

    aol chatroom seems like put on the different place when it used to be on my bottom right hand side of the screen / also the chatrooms are missing , i am only getting like 5 to 6 chatrooms showing.

    Chat on games is not in the usual area as it used to be. It was in the advertisement area before, but now it is inside the game area so I am not able to see the same options that i used to see in the games. Please put it back to the same interface as before. Thanks.

    fix your tourneys in the aol slots games as I get a cant open cause of you firefox told me this please or I will not be able to play and I enjoy playing your games veronnie

    I played at least 11 games of bronze tourneys and at the ad break I got a pop up saying that firefox could not open so what gives ???? and I cant play until it is fixed so fix it

    i cannot play or i go in as guest. after that it will say i was kicked off and will be disconnected in 5 seconds

    This error also happens with my playmates and also there is a lot of changes with the bingo page. Please fix this error so that we can play the game without any trouble.

    cannot get full screen on aol free black jack game. also not allowing me to bet but when I check other player they can bet 2 or 3 times only for one time process, I need to do it manually. This error has been on my game since forever.

    Fix Chat please! And, monitor some of the players who are extremely vulgar or put that feature back on that we can "report" PLEASE!

    i have contacted aol we did troubleshooting but still same error happens on chat box lobby on this game. I'm playing 4 other games and the chat box lobby is all working only on this specific has the error.

    Chat shd be limited to each game...all players are chatting...some are using profane, disgusting language. Used to be able to report player. Please put that back in...Report player
