AOL/ Masque and Gamepoint games will not load, or get disconnected
AOL / Masque Games will not load AGAIN... Same with Gamepoint games. They either freeze or disconnect. WHY ?????
If you’re having trouble with an online game, there are a few easy fixes that could solve the problem. Try the solutions below in the order they’re given. If the first solution doesn’t fix the problem, try the next one.
1. Upgrade your browser

Upgrade Firefox: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/?scene=2
Upgrade Chrome: www.google.com/chrome
Upgrade Safari: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204416
2. Install the latest version of Adobe Flash: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
3. Open Games on AOL.com on another browser
Try opening it on Firefox, Chrome, or Safari. If it works in another browser, continue to use that browser to play the game.
4. Clear your browser cache
If you’re using Internet Explorer, you can also try to increase the cache size.
5. Install Java: http://www.java.com/en/download/

IMPORTANT: Once you’re done clearing your browser cache and Java cache, please close all browsers (or your AOL Desktop software), reopen, and then try playing the game.
