AOL/ Masque and Gamepoint games will not load, or get disconnected
AOL / Masque Games will not load AGAIN... Same with Gamepoint games. They either freeze or disconnect. WHY ?????

If you’re having trouble with an online game, there are a few easy fixes that could solve the problem. Try the solutions below in the order they’re given. If the first solution doesn’t fix the problem, try the next one.
1. Upgrade your browser
Our games run best on the latest browser technology
Upgrade Firefox: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/?scene=2
Upgrade Chrome: www.google.com/chrome
Upgrade Safari: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204416
2. Install the latest version of Adobe Flash: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
3. Open Games on AOL.com on another browser
Try opening it on Firefox, Chrome, or Safari. If it works in another browser, continue to use that browser to play the game.
4. Clear your browser cache

If you’re using Internet Explorer, you can also try to increase the cache size.
5. Install Java: http://www.java.com/en/download/
6. Clear your Java cache:

IMPORTANT: Once you’re done clearing your browser cache and Java cache, please close all browsers (or your AOL Desktop software), reopen, and then try playing the game.

Why do you allow continued cloning of players names on gaming sites?
Original Message: Masque says you are in charge of the chat on the game site.
There has been an on going problem of disgusting talk, harassment, bullying, and cloning of screen names.
Nothing has been done about it when reporting it on chat.
Why does AOL permit if not straight out sanction this behavior?
I am worried that the cloning of screen names will turn out into pirating of AOL accounts.
The player who identifies once in awhile as HDplayHD continually boasts of their ability to rule AOL and
taunts you to try and stop them. It would be very easy for you to check this out with one click on the hearts game itself.
All past chat is show for weeks previously on each game.
Just tell me why you let this go on.
