AOL/ Masque and Gamepoint games will not load, or get disconnected
AOL / Masque Games will not load AGAIN... Same with Gamepoint games. They either freeze or disconnect. WHY ?????

If you’re having trouble with an online game, there are a few easy fixes that could solve the problem. Try the solutions below in the order they’re given. If the first solution doesn’t fix the problem, try the next one.
1. Upgrade your browser
Our games run best on the latest browser technology
Upgrade Firefox: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/?scene=2
Upgrade Chrome: www.google.com/chrome
Upgrade Safari: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204416
2. Install the latest version of Adobe Flash: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
3. Open Games on AOL.com on another browser
Try opening it on Firefox, Chrome, or Safari. If it works in another browser, continue to use that browser to play the game.
4. Clear your browser cache

If you’re using Internet Explorer, you can also try to increase the cache size.
5. Install Java: http://www.java.com/en/download/
6. Clear your Java cache:

IMPORTANT: Once you’re done clearing your browser cache and Java cache, please close all browsers (or your AOL Desktop software), reopen, and then try playing the game.

When I Loading the game this morning My Sign Name was gone and I can get my Daily Bonus. It worked fine as of about 1:00am this morning then Poof it's GONE!! PLEASE FIX Thanks kennyman

I was playing Lost Mahjongg and went to play spades. Now it is showing me as a guest! I've rebooted and still signs me in as Guest in several games. Please fix this issue. I see i'm not the only one having this issue. Thanks

Can't enter a Tournament table even if I am currently signed up for it. The error message is " YOU ARE NOT SIGNED UP TO ANY ACTIVE GAMES". This has been happening for 2 weeks now.

Cannot load any of the games
