I have been inundated by spam! An unbelievable amount! You have got to do better! This is unacceptable!

Spam
You have GOT to provide better Spam blockers. In just 3 hours time ( between 5:30-8:45 AM) I’ve received over 60 spam emails. Many are duplicates and over half made it to my inbox. And more are popping in as I watch!! I work for a bank and we get ZERO spam. Granted banks have to be way more careful however, your IT department must be able to do something to at least get them all into the spam inbox!

Yes 20 People Dead Thru Cell Towers
I Live In Indianapolis Indiana, I have all there logs from Cell Towers Into my phone, over 7000 screenshots, my dad, and all my best friends are dead bc of cell towers and also that my daughter is in trouble please help. Let it be easier to block spam
Get rid of the spam folder!! Sick and tired of spam in my mail. Why is there not an option to block these sexual spams that I NEVER clicked on. Get your **** together!!

Add a tick box to block spam from getting into emails
A box to block spam completely rather than just sent to spam box.

If spam does get through filters into in box, why can’t we manually move to spam and update filters to recognize sender for next time ?

Fix AOL spam filter to much better filter Verizon. net email.
AOL spam filter now catches less than 5% of Verizon.net obvious spam email. This is totally unacceptable and should be immediately fixed.

Stop scammers
I’ve received several messages like this in the past few days. I have not clicked on any links. However, I feel they are hackers.
Is AOL discontinuing its Classic Version?

Can’t block, mark spam or reply.
I can no longer mark an email spam or reply to the spam email. I also am moving my account to yahoo. Your platform has become unusable and I’m moving out. I’m very upset and angry with aim mail. I hope you go out of business!

End to end encryption
Never thought to look into end to end encryption still? Also still getting Spam after 30 years nothing has really changed, lots of things to be looked into.. you should finally look into it especially if I’m still using your email lol.

You cannot block specific scam or spam domains. you should be able on access through a mobile device the ability to block senders
You took away the ability to block email addresses. Why? The only way to stop the spam is to block the source domain. Please stop making non productive changes. Whenever problems are reported, they are ignored because the website and app are managed offshore.

Improve Spam filter
Recently I have been getting huge volumes of spam arriving in my inbox instead of being directed into spam.
This needs sorted urgently!

Block domain
The ability to block spam by just the domain name. I get emails constantly but they change the user name so I can’t block them
