Improve Spam filter
Recently I have been getting huge volumes of spam arriving in my inbox instead of being directed into spam.
This needs sorted urgently!
This new version of AOL is unstable and frustrating, get it sorted !

I bought a new phone in November and since then my Spam folder gets barraged by dozens of spam and scam emails daily. Fortunately Spam catches most of them, but every one has a different address, with no way to block them. It takes time to wade through them to look for the occasional one that is not spam.

My issue is getting a lot of spam emails, I just deleted 550, in half a day. It's ridiculous!! Flagging them doesn't help!!

I keep getting mail with no content so why doesn’t go straight to spam or junk

Absolutely. Is it that hard to detect strange characters in emails? They always do it and it’s like “Walgreens” but with different fonts.

I've had the same - and the opposite. All of my important emails are going directly to spam, but actual spam is getting straight through just fine. SO frustrating.
