Please make this new platform go away. Its so difficult to navigate ang doesnt repond as it should. Its a LEMON!!!!!

Can't swipe to next email
Please go back to the old version. We used to be able to swipe when we were done with an email. Now we need to get out to read the next message. It's horrible. Waste of time.

New user interface is horrible
This new update was not needed and is terrible. Go back to the old format or at least give users the option to use the old or the new. I have been using aol for years and this is the worst format they ever had!!!

Why did you change the email to the same horrible format as yahoo?
Why cant we choose to use the old format of email?? This new one to look like Yahoo is HORRENDOUS

In new format, where are existing folders? How do I move new email to existing folders?

Ads for a paying subscriber?!?! Wrong on so many levels.
I've been a paying subscriber since the 90's. Now I have to deal with ads when most emails services are free. It's just not right.

Restore date of July 1 2020 would solve everything.

Put the NEW and OLD mail back into one folder. I think we are smart enough to tell the difference. I

I feel that I'm being forced to accept a service that i can obtain free elsewhere and are more user friendly. 🤔
