Go back to format of 10/6/22
The email and left side lists of the format from 10/6/22 was easy to use. This surprise change 10/7/22 is horrible. I’ve been close to choosing another email other than aol, this has put me there. How is this primitive format better? It’s much slower to navigate. As another user wrote : stop trying to be cute. Is your IT trying to alienate your users? No one I know has stayed with aol, they all switched years ago. Please have the option to return to the previous format ASAP.

I’m 81. Trying to keep up but the mail is too short for mr Often leave things to read later and I could clearly see them in the old format. this came as a shock with no warning no directions etc. My life is totally upended

Hate new email way for AOL to make money advertising. That’s what Facebook does. Will be migrating to GMail.

Bring back the old format. Can not even select ‘all’ to get rid of spam.
Too many mouse clicks to get things done. Come up with a better idea. Where is the select all to get rid of spam.

Give me back my basic email.. changed to this horrid new format and my calendar is missing. I am elderly and handicapped and I pay for Gold
Give back old email. I pay monthly for gold and now don’t have my calendar, old mail mixed with new, hate it. Am elderly, been with AOL for over 30 years and you change my format without asking. My calendar has all my doctor appointments, reminders, birthdays, etc.. since I pay for a service and only use email and calendar, I want back what I pay for,

New email format is a disaster!
I want my old email format back. I could see new mail, and easily navigate to my folder, old mail, or whatever I needed with the old format. This new format is terrible and not the least bit user-friendly. Sure hope you will heed all the unhappy comments about it and return our email pages to the previous format.

I got no notification on email changes and did NOT agree to try it. I HATE this new format and want my old format beck NOW!!!
