New email sucks
First off the query at the top of my email said TRY the new email not SWITCH So that was misleading. I wanted to try not switch.
I don’t like the new email and want to return to the other format
Why no response from AOL on these comments.

I need the TRASH and RECENTLY DELEATED folders separate from Spam and Old Mail!!! I use ALL of these.

Dump the Out Box. A properly run email service should not have one.
Fix AOL so it runs on all supported platforms.

Privacy
Prevent Agencies from accessing personal employee emails. Send notifications of full name and location of person hacking into personal email accounts to the victim and owner of the account!!

New format Sucks
New format sucks... New mail & old mail in separate folder is not user friendly. Old format with blue dot on unread mail was better... spam folder is horrible!! How do I delete all at once like old format???? I pay monthly, but will leave if it doesn’t change!!!

Bulk folder clean out!
How do i get rid of the more the 34,000 old emails in my inbox from prior to 2020. OR HOW DO I EMPTY MY INBOX IN BULK ???

Moving to folders
Moving multiple emails at once to a folder now impossible in the app, so I signed in with. Com and there's at least check boxes but the items don't leave your inbox or show the folder name for that email
I noted a blue dot by some emails and don't know what that means -

Old mail
I was reading an email on aol.com but the dog wanted to go out so I put down my phone. Returned to phone and was back at new mail list. Tried to find the email I was reading. Not in new mail. App has no old and the 2 versions on mail.aol.com, one version has old email choice but not there. My email is just gone!!!!! This is ****.

Inbox display
Fix my inbox. For the last 2 weeks my inbox has been showing me emails i received and saved in 2019. I didn't make any adjustments, one day i refreshed the page and it happened. Please make it go away.

Filter mail
Bro let me filter my mail. I have 60k unread messages from a billion spam emailers. I can’t find important emails because they’re buried by spam.

Folders no longer show in search results
I feel very frustrated because the search results no longer show which folder messages are in, when mail is searched. Also select all is gone, and these problems in the "new mail" format do not get fixed when switching back to the old one, as I have tried. Please fix this!

Cell web email has had a repositioned saved folder for weeks, do you test?
An aol web mail update allowed saved to lose its position at the top of the folders list some weeks ago. Didn’t you test, notice?

Empty spam
I had 436 messages in my spam folder! What the **** happened to the "empty spam" button? Took me 25 minutes to empty the folder. GIVE ME BACK THE OLD FORMAT OR IM GOING TO CLOSE MY 30 YEAR OLD ACCOUNT!!!

Put the NEW and OLD mail back into one folder. I think we are smart enough to tell the difference. I
