New email sucks
First off the query at the top of my email said TRY the new email not SWITCH So that was misleading. I wanted to try not switch.
I don’t like the new email and want to return to the other format
Why no response from AOL on these comments.

Give us a choice to use the old layout! It was a lot simpler with all my mail boxes visible in left panel and messages in large center panel. Why did you have to change it?

I agree. The new e-mail,set up is awful. I want to go back to the old one.

NO! NO! NO! I didn’t even see whatever it was that changed from the old style and BOOM I have this awful new style. I want to see more than the garbage that loads my inbox without having to scroll every last one of the junk emails before finding something of substance.
“Settings” was NO help. How can I get rid of this demonic so called improvement??!!?

Can’t get back to the classic format. Instructions do not work as explained. Really? I tried it and don’t like new.

Agree. Does anyone have tips to return to the previous format? as I’ve asked AOL several times and they have given me directions only for them not to work. It’s hard not to think there’s another agenda going on at AOL.

Same here. My finger brushed it by accident. Now I am stuck with this new mess? Who thinks up these idiotic “ upgrades”? This will be the last straw with me if I am truly stuck with this.
