Why am I not receiving emails from other people from Gmail or Yahoo Etc and then I can't see what's in them and I can't open anything why is this also blocked now everything is blocked

Can't read mails on Android
Get it right! I am using AOL on Android phone in the Chrome browser due to short memory space. I can see new mails but can't open them. They disapear immediately in the OLD mail folder. Now I have discovered that by moving them into Archive they can be read. Wierd. But definetely not right.

I CLICK ON DETAILS & message says NO PASSWORD?!
I click on settings & my password is there ENCRYPTED⚫️
Re-entered password, SAME RESULT?🤷♂️
Now I go to aol.com to retrieve emails & difficult to navigate?!
Please advise, password is entered but same error message displays?! -

The new format sucks, I am no longer able to easily view my email on my Ipad. Put it back.

Correct new email receiving problem
I am no longer receiving new emails. Why? Is this due to the new format that AOL has installed? How do I fix it? When I try to contact tech support, I just get an advertisement for AOL tech services that charges $4.99 a month. Doesn’t AOL provide free tech support for their emails service for free like they used to do? I’m about ready to switch everything to my gmail account if AOL cannot rectify this.

Missing Retail Emails
I seem to be missing retail emails . Like they are blocked or somthing.
Is there any reason why your blocking them? I have contacted companies via email to see what they are showing on their system. -

If it ain't broke, DON'T fix it! You have ruined my email experience, by putting adds in that don't load well, and have slowed everything.
Go back to where we were before you ruined our email experience with this new format that literally stops things from loading, so you can add the same old stupid adds into my mail! And fire the idiot that came up with the plan to fix something that was not broken. You have ruined my email experience here!

Email disappear
I cannot open any emails anymore. When I click one, instead of opening it disappears. I cannot access read emails. Utterly frustrating.

What happen to the message reiceved set up? It is terrible now. More spam.

Should not have to pay for service when you have a problem I have problem and it will cost me a monthly fee for support if I never have a problem I don't get it back I still have problem and they won't help me unless I pay every month
