The new mail oh AOL sucks. You can’t do anything in it you cannot block me on unless you have a goal account.

Why must I log on to get the feedback page, then log onAgain to send feedback? Seems like a good way of being able to tell the public “Nobody’s complaining.”

Auto email open next mail after message deleted. Horrible idea
I do not want the next mail to auto open after a mail was deleted. Go back to previous format. The whole format is antiquated. This is 2022.

Setting to not open next message
Why is there no setting to AVOID opening the next message when one is deleted or moved? This can open messages that should NOT be opened.

Give me back the ability to select options for my mailbox.
When I tried to increase the font size of my mail, you eliminated the format of my mailbox. I cannot recover it. You have offered me something called “gold” for $5 a month where I can maybe select the options I want ( maybe not). I’ve had this address since 1993. But you’ve moved away from me.

Can't reply to emails!!!
I can't reply to my emails. The option is hidden under ads at the bottom of my email. Put that option to reply at the top of the email where it's available to use. Doesn't take a genius!! This is maddening to have to go to my laptop to reply to an email.

Email signatures
I want to create a custom email signature with an image an clickable links. There are no options to create this type of format. We are in the age of technology yet I can’t create a more intricate email signature???

Receiving none of my normal regular emails
I'm paying for the premier billed by month membership yet aol told me that my account had been hijacked by a hacker and taken over no one at aol customer service knows whom the person is who is causing all of the trouble I demand a way to change my password as it's not allowing me to do this change password privately without the help of aol I need help tracking this hacker contact me as soon as you can and as soon as possible as this has been going on for years now they are getting away with a…
