This is the worse format I’ve ever seen! Don’t force us to use one kind of format, at least give us options. Put the old format back NOW!

Make old format available quickly. Really do hate this new format and have no intention of continuing with it. Been with aol for 30 years and this will end it. Even one of those people who are still paying.

New format does not let me see more than 3 or 4 lines of messages before you shove in an ad. After I delete the ad, I still can’t see as many lines as before. Give me the old format PLEASE!
