Comments Section Problems
AOL is rejecting comments that do not violate community standards. I believe that I have been targeted by AOL for censorship. AOL refuses to allow customers to speak to an AOL representative who can assist with resolving improper rejections. This is poor customer service as there should be a way to resolve a rejected comment complaint and AOL should be specific (highlight) what words within the comment are being deemed against community standards to allow the author an opportunity to correct the offensive word. Longtime AOL customer and this is POOR service.

Once again the email and messaging system is broken in the "In the Community" comment section where you comment on the news stories. Can anyone tell me why I can no longer post anything to partcipate in discussions. I have pulled up the Community Standards and have not posted

Demons in the media like AOL now completely ignore the Waukesha mass murder
If this was a white guy who ran over 50 black people at a mostly black parade and killed 6 (and counting) black people this would be the lead headline 24/7 news for months. But white lives don't matter anymore or white children it seems apparently because now this story is now buried in AOL's headline news. It has gotten to the point that, every time I make a comment on an AOL story, my comments are rejected. I would like that problem resolved.

My comments are being censored for no reason
I am a long time paying account holder. Today I am censored from making any comments on news articles. I tried posting one word "test" and was told that comment might be offensive and later that it was rejected.
If I am being censored I would like to know specifically what was the "offensive" violation. I am careful not to violate "community standards" and I notice there is wide tolerance for rude comments by people with a liberal viewpoint. I suspect I am censored for my viewpoint rather than any actual infraction.
