Bring Back the Previous Version of the AOL Formats re: the new format is Horrible = Nothing Works or perhaps Verizon would prefer to wait until Verizon Customers file a Class Action Lawsuit against Verizon re: we're paying for an email service that doesn't work properly. How many more Complaints does Verizon need to receive before Verizon returns AOL to the previous format version as requested by Multiple Customers for too long of a time. You can Improve AOL by returning the previous format to customers as requested.

Why do the pictures on the heading of a number of your articles have no connection to the article itself?
There are many articles or lists that you post where the "come-on picture" has absolutely no connection to the article/list. Why don't you stop this B-S?

Change back from the large picture setup that has only a blurb headline. Go back to previous version
Do not like the current version of news feed with the large picture and blurb headline caption that is frequently misleading. Go back to previous version of news feed.

your new news format sucks big time! multiple stories on the same page with no way to read or comment. sure, it gives you an option to 'see comments' but it doesn't work! go back to the previous way!

Fix the Comments Space Bar Problem On Firefox
There's a problem with your comment secrtion on Firefox. My space bar does not separate words. This works ok with AOL on Chrome. Please fix so I don't have to keep switching between browsers. Thanks.

new format SUCKS !!!
Your new format is so ridiculous. I have e'mails that have disappeared into the great beyond never to be seen again. I ridiculously HARD to figure out... somethings have dots, some have stars - what the **** does that all mean. I have some e'mails appearing that I have NEVER seen before. GO BACK TO THE LAST FORMAT SOON BECAUSE YOU WILL LOSE ME AS A CUSTOMER.

Mailbox are not syncing if the account is being logged in in multiple devices.
Emails don't sync if the account is being access in multiple devices. Like when an email is being read in tablet it didn't reflect in computer.

Put the numbers back on SENT and OLD MAIL
You (AOL) can correct some of the not so friendly changes ~ put the SEND button back where it was, put number of SENT & OLD MAIL emails back, delete the bubble icon, all the information and email address of the person I'm sending it to that appears on the screen = totally unnecessary. So many dumb changes, you've ruined AOL for me.
