This article is riddled with SO MANY gross errors, and stupidly composed sentences that it's difficult to choose which one to focus on. You have no community guidelines or any moral guidance. You merely see my name trying to post on your platform and automatically block me without even reading my post. You have been doing that for over a year. I could write Mary had a little lamb and you would block it. I want the old email format back!!
Give a choice, old or new format. The new format is just new, it's not better. Stick with what works for your customers not some new employee who has a brain "burp".

I would prefer that you revert to the old email format. I am now using your 'Basic' format as the new 'Standard' is too slow. However, if you wish to persist with new, I would suggest these changes:
1. Delete/Spam button should have 'Undo' function.
2. 'Apply' button is unnecessary, 'Actions' is enough.
3. Attaching files is complicated. Was a simple one-step before.
4. Bring back the ability to 'Insert' photos within body of email.

Your AOL mail loyal users want you to leave their mail format alone!!
The people who still use AOL mail after 30 years are the same people who have tried a gmail address, a yahoo address, etc etc and have kept their AOL address because we love the mail feature. You have tried to give us the same style email as gmail and that is not what we want. We've stayed with you forever for a reason, we dont like change, we know what we like. Change it back please!!
