  10. Support your Users

    AOL isn't providing email support now due to covid (despite being able to work from home where emails are concerned) and is charging for live chat support. Either give us chat support for free, or reinstate the email support. It looks like you are trying to force us into a paid subscription to get help on your platform. Not a good look at all.

  15. Screen your advertisers. I was ripped off by an ad that appeared on AOL'S front page. So disgusting.

    STOP advertising with "Surprise Shopping (and all the other companies under their umbrella). I ordered an item for $60 and got a $3 item in its place. No refund just a bunch of bull. They are so unethical and I'm sure AOL is aware.

  19. Allow users to comment t on all news articles.

    It seems like AOL is steering customers away from leaving comments on articles where a lot of objections to left wing policies are expected. Not very long ago I could leave a comment on every article on AOL. Now I can't. I am a conservative voter, and it seems like all the articles I disagree with cannot be commented on. I doubt this is just a coincidence.

    Every headline on Biden is nice and cheery. Every headline on Trump is dark and gloomy.
