  5. AOL mail will only appear on my Samsung tablet in the vertical position. All other apps are in the horizontal.

    I need a solution to take AOL Mail to the horizontal position. All of the other apps on this tablet a tm700 Samsung, are in the horizontal position. But when I go to AOL Mail the application goes vertical. I just spent 5 or 10 minutes on the phone with one of your people and there should be a record of the conversation that describes what we've tried. This would be for aol.com account, hddadfred@aol.com

  14. Need a question answered

    Why does any of my posts get deleted instantly no matter what I say? My "log" says the item posted but it does not post. I know that AOL keeps themselves as detached from their members as possible, but is there someone that can be contacted to fix the problem? Please do not refer me to your customer service # as they cannot help me.
