    Go back to old email version. I can't stand this new format. You have to go through multiple steps to embed a photo and I still haven't figured out how to add a new contact once they've sent me a message. Enough to make me go to gmail!

  5. See Comments hyperlink not working

    At end of each news article there's a hyper link 'see comments'. When you click on that, it disappears and does not load comments. Please fix. Using latest version of Fire Fox and Win 10.

You're already passe and this will be my nail in your coffin if it doesn't stop. You review regularly? Bu t not all! So another lazy lapse leading to the downfall of a once great service!!!! Lol, and now I can;t post this complaint without going through the very rigamarole FOR THE SECOND TIME about which I am complaining. Irony.

    Everyone can & should report all comments to AOL. There's lots of false information out there. I usually put "other" ......then I feedback AOL telling them they need to censor all comments regardless of content. Anyone can do this. Please help do this.

  19. So many issues with AOL. When I delete emails, many are marked as SPAM and sent to the SPAM folder, so I have to manually delete ea email

    My idea is to fix the flaws in AOL! Deleted emails show up in SPAM folder, even though they are not SPAM and were deleted and not marked as spam; or many deleted emails show up again in my Outlook Inbox; AOL has requested that several of the vendors I deal with unsubscribe me, even though I never requested this; I keep getting the pop-up box in Outlook. The list is long and troublesome.
