AOL is biased in favor of Conservatives, rather than just reporting the news. The constant whining from the right about how they are somehow victims by the News media is called "Working the Refs" in sports. They would be happy in an authoritarian country where there is no Freedom of the Press.

Worst Customer Service that I've entered encountered.
I've been an AOL customer for 25 years and have always had an excellent experience with their help and support. Well, until yesterday, that is. I called in for a very simple billing issue (needed to change the credit card that my account billed to each month) and reached Jessie in Customer Service. She was absolutely horrible - rude, unhelpful and incompetent. It was some of the worst customer service that I've ever encountered. She was not able to help me with this simple task and it was very apparent that she had no idea what she was doing. I…

I CAN'T GET MY MAIL - AGAIN
Fix your mail program so I can view my mail! This has been a recurring problem for some weeks. Waiting 5 minutes doesn't help. Closing AOL and restarting doesn't help. Shutting down my computer and restarting doesn't help.
