  4. One truly excellent service to your clients is to return the ability to "delete all" in the delete folder.

    Associates of mine are ending up deleting single emails twice among as many as 300 emails a time several times a week. That is taking in account deleting each routine mail and having to do it again. Then add spam with the same identical procedure. It really adds up and very time consuming.

  8. FIX EMAIL

    Most of the time when I look at New Mail it shows as the first item something that is about 12 hours old - even when I know there is newer mail. The only time it shows the most recent mail item first is when I first log on after having been off line for some time.

    Slideshows take too long to load and is very annoying. They encourage readers to close AOL News and skip on over to Google or Yahoo news. This slideshow **** is so retro. UPDATE your format and forget about those effort consuming slides!

    I commented Racist and Conservative are not the same. Now I add, Racists are aggressive, Conservatives and liberals are not necessarily aggressive. For this I have been cut off, and have no recorse.

  18. I was just refused to comment that Conservatives and Racists are not the same thing, My rating is 4.5, and I am now forbidden to comment.

    AOL should have an appeal capability so that a comment does not get a person cut off from commenting without recourse. You should also tell us how long. My last comment for which I was cut off in commenting was " do not group Racists and Conservatives together, that is racial and wrong."
