i am continuously abused by player lucy_petrillo1 at aol poker. she threatens my life, lies about me and harasses me non stop. i report her to masque and the monitor does nothing to her. If i stand up to her she reports me and masque will mute me. this goes on and on. Masque punishes who ever petrillo decides to target. she has said monitor at masque is her friend, she brags she can do whatever she wants to and that monitor at masque thinks she is ****. Elimination of paid ads from email
It is interesting, no, almost criminal, that AOL is charging users who want to remove paid advertisements from emails, particularly since AOL is the culprit allowing ads in the first place. You deluge us with paid ads and then you want to charge us to get rid of them.

Search feature is useless!
I need to be able to search and find an email I know was received. It never comes up on the search and instead I need to go through my deleted email to find it. This new email is useless and I'm testing out gmail already to just make the move over to a free service. There is no reason to pay for aol any longer.

this "new" email format is treacherous to say the least. I have lost so many messages while trying to "save". Where do they go?? Why is something so simple so difficult. I would switch to gmail but have used this address for many years. I am so disappointed in AOL. Fix it!!!!

Not sure wth is even going on here. Why am I getting email addressed to me the saying to christsr@aol.com. I don't have an account that I am aware of thru aol. So has someone else opened acc and thru my email at Gmail. Or what

Please move the Send Button of a comment
I post comments below articles and sometimes receive mail from other commenters. AOL notifies me that commenter has replied. However, oftentimes, the Send Button is not in my view and can’t be scrolled up to get in view. I don’t think it’s due to my laptop but would suggest you move the Send button above the comment block reply. Otherwise, it’s frustrating receiving a reply to my original comment but not having the ability to reply because of the Send Button.
