  1. By Posting Problem Alerts on your Page

    I have been unable as a Gold Member to access mail for over an hour. I keep getting an error that says, "We were unable to download your mail, try again in 5 minutes". I can't get it through your website either, and after several rings when I call, I then get a busy signal. If you are having a problem with EVERYONE'S mail...you should post something on the AOL.COM page, so we don't all go crazy wondering if it is "just us" or all AOL Members

  4. Would be nice if you would notify your members why your mail is down again. We give you alternate emails for a reason. No explanation!

  6. Please Correct Email error as of May 27, 2020

    Front when logging in, I find my wife has not logged out and select logout doesn't log her out. After a few tries it logs out. I log in and when selecting "Mail" it turns to a "ERROR PAGE". ?????

    Had to change my email address because my email was no longer supported. Little did I know how I would have to endure all the negative news about the president while I have to wait and wait just to get my email. Just know the more negative you are the more determined I am to not only vote for this president but to campaign for him as well.

    The WHO is the group that helped China hide the effects of the covid19 and has been fast and loose with the American taxpayers money. But YOU don't care, do you?   15. Dashboard and AOL Finance

    Yahoo is not serving you well. Your Dashboard "stocks" and "weather" has not worked for weeks. Also under AOL Finance, you personal finance is much too complicated. We should be able to set up a watch list or portfolio simply and without linking to our brokerage account. There should be an option to do this simply and without creating an account and logging in just as we used to be to do under the old AOL Finance Yahoo has made this much too complicated and you have lost my old portfolio and watch lists since you switched to Yahoo Finace..

    How can you possibly post a sign up sheet to stop Lindsay Graham. I thought this was against the law. This is totally inappropriate for AOL. You should be held responsible to report the actual News as facts and not opinions you may like. This is the same type of reporting China does, just give them (the people) news you want then to see. Look at your terms of agreement B you when against your own agreement VERY POOR AOL
