STOP ASKING FOR A NEW PASSWORD MONTHLY!!!!
You now have asked for my password to be changed 4 times in the last four months. WHY WHY. ANNOYING. How many do you think I can remember? I have to sign in or get a email to a diff account or a phone call and then have to change again. IS AOL HAVING A SECURITY ISSUE THAT CUSTOMERS SHOULD KNOW ABOUT? If not, why the constant change?

Abby Perez in Rochester, NY stabbed to death by new baby's father
I worked with Abby up until she was 8.5 months pregnant with her 3rd child. Her baby's father stabbed her to death on Thursday 08/14/25. Her oldest child's father is caring for all 3 children even though the youngest 2 are not his. He has started a gofundme page because he's paying for everything including Abby's funeral and cremation. Can you please post this on aol.com ?

when searching emails by contact, half the RE: title line is obliterated by a right side panel of useless statistics.
when searching emails by contact, allow the right panel of statistics to be closed or moved out of the way. I cannot find the email I am searching for (that is the purpose of the search) if half of the RE: line is missing.

Make secondary verification optional, customer choice. If A needs code from B, B needs code from A; impossible. If B needs code from D, D from E, etc, etc, intinity effort; never access any. If need second password, or security question answer from customer to improve security, then allow option.

Attempting to pay a bill.
I wish to pay an overdue bill of $16.22 from AOL. I cannot perform this function over the phone.My phone will not accept incoming calls, only outgoing calls. My primary email address is unavailable. Saw it on AOL, must be true. Wrong. Junie is retiring 80% off, custom handmade in my shop, beautiful leather handbags. Should have seen this coming but its on the front page of AOL, can't be a scam I thought. Immediately after purchase I started to smell a rat. No physical address, nothing but an email contact. The next day same ad, different person, then another, and another. On one email they stated shipped by USPS. I tried the tracking number provided, not recognized by USPS. Called AOL support, they couldn't help. Googled it, wound up here on the complaints…

Bring folder search to the app from the browser
Browser facilitates easy filing of email in folders by allowing a search on folder name to narrow the list an minimize scrolling. This needs to come to the app as well!!

I know that AOL has a spam catcher but lately I have missed a few messages that were not spam. Can I edit the spam folder myself?
I would prefer to take care of the spam myself since I miss a few now and then that are not spam messages.

Multiple AOL Accounts
The only options AOL gives me is to get a text or call from an old phone number that I had when I opened one of my AOL accounts. AOL needs to fix it where I can get an email from my MAIN aol account which I use for all of my AOL accounts as a backup so I can log into this account I can't log into. I called and the person I spoke to sounded like he's from either China or Middle East and he just kept blabbing away so I hung up on him. So tell me…
