Fix the problems with the new email format.
I've tried to compose an email, but some reason it wouldn't allow me to do so. Also, I can't info (cc) anyone other than the person I send a reply to. I don't understand why!

AOL is a Propaganda Machine
Their so called "news" consists of anti-Trump and anti-American articles written by disgusting entities like CNN, MSNBC, AP and other bottom feeders that dare call themselves journalists. AOL blocks anything that is not in line with one of these lying, fear mongering publications.

Latest 'update' to NZL does NOT show a send-button. Impossible to use AOL for out-going mail!

I have been a paying member of AOL for over 26 years. As such, I believe that I should be able to have ad free service.
Ad free service should be available now for all members who pay a monthly fee. I have been doing so for over 26 years.

AOL Stop increasing monthly rates
I have been with aol over 20 years and refuse to pay $19.00 a month to continue with this company when I can get it for free. If it rises close to $19.00 I am done. That is way to much when you can get it for free and it is free with my internet service. I only keep AOL beacuse people jobs are on the line. But I can no longer afford it as many other people who will not be able to. Stop increasing the fee if you want people to stay.

Fix your email problem for when 2 people use different ones.
My wife & I both made an account, each one is different on aol, but we only have 1 computer. When I sign into my acct. it says my name at the top.Then when go to email, I end up getting my wife's acct. Can't ever get my email at all. I think I will have to switch to another search engine. Oh yes, I'm familiar with computers and understand search engines. This is something else.

When composing an email, the auto-populate feature does not work and I have to enter the entire email address.

Is AOL having an issue with mail loading on a computer?
AOL mail is not loading on my computer. Please advise if you are having issues with mail loading on a PC. It still loads in my phone mailbox.

You need to review the comments more closely rather than just rejecting them.
I just recently posted a comment to the article "6 Idyllic Getaways That You Won't Believe Are in the Midwest" that said Madeline Island was in Minnesota waters on Lake Superior. I read further and found another mistake and I tried post another comment and was rejected. I wrote this.

stop changing the system when one deletes something
When a person is on page 5 and delete something, the system takes me back to page 1 instead of continuing on page 5 where a person was. This update is a problem and creates wasting time getting back to the page where someone is reading messages. This idea is a waste of time for people and very time consuming. Prefer that AOL really thinks about the effrects that occur when they update the system. I was told this is a quirk/problem and needs to be addressed!

Not 24/7 Support!
There are 3 telephone numbers listed for AOL's 24/7 support. All 3 numbers lead to the same automated recording that informs the caller that they are closed and are open during normal business hours. Either make support actually available 24/7 or remove the button that say '24/7 Help' in the email box! Seriously....this is basic. Get it together AOL or get out of the internet biz cause you are not performing nearly at the level your competitors are.
