Stop arbitrary and capticious what you call community standards rejections
I am realy getting sick and tired of your arbitrary and capricious rejections of my comments. I have posted quotes from news articles that aol posted and had them rejected under my comment and I have copied and posted the exact words used against me and only changed the name and been rejected and have had posts directed atTrmp with foul language accepted by aol then copied and posted the SAME comment changing name to Biden and then get rejected. Rejects occure when meerly the word you is inserted directing a comment back to a commentor and that is ridiculous.…

Spam
Every day I get email in my spam folder from the same site, using different email accounts, but always from the same site (bronpat.rest, for example). Either don't deliver any email from that site (this is HUNDREDS I've had to delete) or let your filters work on the spam folder as well as my inbox. This is insane.

Stop the large ad at the very top of the homepage
Every time you decide to put the large ad on the top of the homepage it shifts the whole page down. Then I click on an article in the news feed and come back to the homepage to find more stories and the page reloads to put the ad on top just as I am trying to click on another story. It is maddening. Stop putting ads on the top! It's bad enough that you have moving ads on the sides to distract as I read, I don't need this **** dropping the page down.

I'm reading my mail and usually switch to the news- but I can't now because AOL is over-riding my page with full page car ads (tomorrow may be something else) Longtime aol have longtime aol contacts and now yahoo (the new owners) want us to PAY for ad free and also pay to fix the problems they porposely make up but it would be almost impossible for longtime aol members to be able to contact all the past contacts they've made over the years- this should be illegal. Please put Sort by Subject back into Drafts. No point doing drafts if we cannot sort by subject or category.
Must have Sort by Subject put back into Drafts. Whole point of drafts is to sort by category or subject.

Please give back the Sort by Subject option for drafts. Cannot use AOL without being able to sort my drafts with one touch by date & time
Must have the option to sort Drafts by Subject. This option was just taken away..again. Need to sort drafts by date and time of event which I could do until just now when the option to sort by Subject was removed.

No more Two-Step waste my time authentication!!!
As an AOL customer since almost before AOL came into being I resent the waste of time I must endure to access my email thru this two-step authentication process. What does it actually accomplish!!??

I've repeatedly reported this poster for vile comments and pornographic memes and AOL has done NOTHING. Other posters have their posts rejected for benign banned words or sometimes posts just disappear. DO YOUR FREAKING JOB!

I see MULTIPLE HARRIS Contribution ads every time I open AOL. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. It is NOT balanced reporting. It is a swindle - having a candidate that NO ONE voted for in the primary show up continually in "send me money" ads.

AOL Mail format
Dear AOl:
About 2 years ago, you changed your mail format. Now, there is not much space to compose an email or reply to an email or forward an email. The old version gave you a whole blank page to write an email. I have used AOL my whole life and want the old mail format version back. Please let me know how we can get that format back. Thank you. Bring Back 'Block and Delete' option in disposing of Spam (Junk) Mail
Bring back the 'Block and Delete' option to block and dispose of Spam. This was an option that worked well until just a few days ago and I'm now receiving way too many messages that are unwanted!! I view this as a Critical fix!!! Thank you.

Get Rid of two-step verification and its successors.
I have been trying to obtain a 6 digit code from both your and Yahoo web sites for the past two days to no avail. What is happening???? And, the idea of having to do a two-step log-in authentication is very dumb. It seems to me that trouncing on a bunch of hackers and spammers is a better idea. Get Rid of the extras.
