    If anyone watched Joe Biden on Wednesday night on CNN they should be very concerned. His speech was all over the place, he has problems completing a sentence. And if you watched he closes his eyes when he gets confused.

    AOL needs to report on his shortcomings. But, yet they do not!

  10. stop blocking comments with poor explanation

    Seems I get blocked from posting comments regularly, sometimes with a generic "does not meat the values of the community" including one on the fires out west where I offered prayers for all those impacted.

    Other times it says I've had too many comments blocked so I cannot even try to post anything. Seems after a while it becomes pointless to try and post comments, yet I see many with very nasty and bitter tone that get thru, on all sides of the various political and other spectrums.

  14. Please make notification comments go to the original article AND to the comment. Very frustrating.

    Why have you stopped previous comment that show up on notifications from going to the original articles? The majority won't take you to the article and if they do, they won't take you to the original comment. It used to. Please fix this problem. Thanks!

  17. Stop this **** "Next Page" format

    Completely eliminate these next page and next slideshow formats. It takes forever to get thru them. And often, the moment you tap "next" something jumps it front of it. And you have to start over from the beginning. You should know by now ALL YOUR SUBCRIBERS HATE THIS FORMAT. Just let us scroll down. We know it is just a format to for more advertisers, but no one looks at these.

  18. Stop making changes to an account that I have had for over 20 years or I will cancel my subscription!

    If you keep making changes to my account, I will cancel my subscription.

    The latest change keeps me from accessing my AOL mail on my own computer, and the corrections suggested do not work.

    The only reason I still subscribe to AOL is not to lose contacts, but it is slowly becoming not worth the trouble

  19. AOL needs to fix the AOL Mail program.

    I think AOL email has been highjacked can't use it with third party email providers and today the email is in German. What is up please get it fixed.

  20. Organize Email

    By allowing the mail received and sent to be organized by sender / sent / subject in alphabetical order (From / To / Subject) similar to being able to arrange email by date from recently received to previously received. This function was previously available and would be very helpful to reinstate this function.
