You can be accountable for the commentary you ask for at the end of an AOL article. This has been a disgusting amateur experience.
After entering my commentary at the end of one of your articles, those thoughts were not registered. And even after phoning you and speaking with a rep, no explanation has been offered but a verbal shrug. AOL DOES NOT ALLOW ME TO DELETE MY ACCOUNT!!!!
I have been with AOL since its start in the 80's and its decline since. I want to delete my two accounts however AOL does not allow me to!!!! I followed the steps, enter my PRIMARYEMAILADDRES@aol.com and AOL still tells me "Email could not be verified. Please enter a valid email address" ... FREAKING KIDDING ME?! And I am certainly not going to pay to speak to a person on a phone to summarily cancel my accounts... FIX THIS NONSENSE
