get a system that works properly
how about AOL providing what subscribers pay for- two days in row attempting to go to Favorites all i get is a reboot of my home page. I guess AOL is telling me to look for a new carrier. Attempted to get help but twice no reply to Help Chat tech People maybe we should switch

Profile Issues
I can't see photos or graphics of my emails from NCR Country Club using the webmail. My husband has an AOL email and he can receive the same email with all of the photos and graphics. We have tried using google chrome, safari both on my macbook and my iphone with the same above result. Again my husband's email on both of his separate devices (iphone and macbook air) works. There must be something wrong with my aol profile as per STS. Case # 14699211

Get the "Favorites" to work and quit saying the page does not exist!
Your favorites page wont open, Not sure what my monthly fee is going to but it sure isn't going to a quality product anymore!

AOL on 2020 iPad Pro
AOL online does not work well on an iPad Pro 12.9., I use Safari. Most stories will not completely load, so I can't read them. Your AOL app for iPad Pro is just as bad. With the AOL app, the comments sections don't show up/ Please try to fix this.

Be honest
Your headline "Trump defends Rittenhouse, the right-wing Kenosha shooter" is misleading at best and a lie at worst. The 17-year old is not necessarily "right-wing"; he was taking it upon himself - as a duty - to protect his "war-torn" neighborhood against wandering rioters and ANTIFA and other "protesters". A 17-year old with an assault-type rifle is troubling enough and another issue; but many more times of kids his age - the"protesters", ANTIFA, BLM, etc - also have guns and have killed./wounded many people. The NYT investigations team clearly shows videos him being outnumbered and chased and a handgun fired…

IF it now requires a "membership" to play these games that used to be free to the public, so state it on your Web site. Example, I used to immensely enjoy Super Crazy Eights game. Now, I get the black screen, Masque Publishing that never changes when attempting to initiate or join a Super Crazy Eights game... Was this the real intent?
