Hire "writers" who know how, when, & where to use proper punctuation, and also know how to write, coherently.
In the first sentence of the article about the shooting in the Big Bear grocery store, a comma should be placed after the word "killed". In the 2nd paragraph, a comma is needed after the word: "Sheriff", and after the name "Maddox". Another place where a comma should've been placed: After the word "agency" (in the 5th paragraph). In that same paragraph, the words "part time" should be HYPHENATED. Find another way to tell "stories"
Every hour there is some new "story" that has a picture and a byline to catch interest. If you click on it you then have to go thru 30 "next slide"s most of which are sophomoric tutorials and each page is jammed with ads. How about 2 or 3 slides and get to the bottom line by slide 3. I've been an AOL subscriber since you started and this is so irritating. Try something different. And I am sure this feedback will find its way to the circular file (that means trashcan) just like most everything your subscribers recommend..

Why does AOL allow ugly, racist, disgusting comments from this one user?
AOL will always block Pres Trump supporters' comments but not the racist ugly comments that this one Liberal posts. Why not and how do I report them?

Comment feedback needs to improve
While I appreciate the opportunity to comment on news stories, there is a problem when it comes to reading replies other AOL members may make to my particular comment.
The drop-down list may say, for example, " Jack101 replied to your comment on climate change" but it's now impossible to find out what exactly "Jack" wrote!
This is a new, but consistent problem and I'm pretty sure I'm not the only member experiencing it.
I've been a PAYING AOL member since the late 1990s! (and I take a lot of teasing about that) who would appreciate a personal reply to…

18 hours agoA million jobs gained? Wouldn't matter if it were a zillion jobs. What's the point when there's no one to fill them? "Workers" are too busy suing to extend extended unemployment. And, by the way, these are most assuredly NOT new jobs. These are just jobs that were always there, in businesses that are now reopening.

Need a question answered
Why does any of my posts get deleted instantly no matter what I say? My "log" says the item posted but it does not post. I know that AOL keeps themselves as detached from their members as possible, but is there someone that can be contacted to fix the problem? Please do not refer me to your customer service # as they cannot help me.
