Issues with account information
When i try updating the personal information on the account , the option to change the Preferred name is not available anymore even though it was available previously. I would recommend you bring that option back again. I have contacted AOL Customer Support about this and they asked me to submit a feedback.

Just... Stop. There are so many USEFUL AND EFFECTIVE things you could be doing to combat fraud - THIS is just some busy work more lent to give your customer a sense of "wow they are trying...!"

Smart features should not recognize spam emails as valid calendar invitations
I have been receiving emails recognized and categorized by AOL as spam which contain attached calendar invitations (.ics) and they are properly filed away forever in my spam folder.
But! these spam email events are added to my AOL calendar.
I have contacted support and opened up a case regarding the issue of the new "Smart features" after my discovery of this in the privacy dashboard.

forwarded email has no links or html
this has been going on for a few weeks in different browsers and in various devices pc ipad etc.

When I type a comment in the comment section,scrolling my arrow over my symbol shows that the comment is there,yet it does not show visible to others when I scroll thru the comments section itself. I have NOT violated any policy or have been notified of such. Why are my comments blocked/blacklisted ?.

Fix my email so I can get it the right way. This has been going on for a month.h
My email has the wrong address thanks to AOL. I have been waiting a month and all I am getting is excuses. Enough is enough I have an email account and the wrong address is keeping me from getting my mail. I have very important mail that I must get such as doctor's appointments and other mail. I have made phone calls to everybody and nothing yet.

As a long time AOL customer I've noticed how much AOL has shifted to the Right especially when Liberals comment on stories. Just today, happens all the time though, if I respond to someone who accuses Liberals of suffering TDS (Trump Derangement Syndrome) and I tell them that maybe it's them who suffer from BDS (Biden...) I am disgusted with your new actions allowing ads preventing me from closing an email. What a stupid idea.
Get rid of those ads on the right side of my emails that cover up the "x" that I need to be able to close the email, if I don't wish to delete it. What a terrible idea to spring on us.
