1. GO BACK TO THE OLD MAIL SYSTEM! THIS NEW ONE SUCKS!!!

   return to the old format. this 'new' one is hard to navigate, old mail is hard to delete because it shows up somewhere else, sometimes in more than on place, useless ads in a banner that you cannot delete until the entire page is deleted, most of those ads are spam or scams and many of those products are from china anyway! if you give feed- back on those ads, they just either come right back or new useless ones come up and you could spend hours giving feedback and they never stop, yet, ads still come up in your spam folder which are usually the same **** ones that were in the f*cking banner!

3. allow messages to come through that are not in contacts list while others are blocked

   I want to block addresses I choose to block and also spam but allow all other messages to come through even though they are not on contact list. I am missing important messages at times.

4. AOL probably ought to have an easy way to report fraudulent advertising. Some companies use spoof@companyname.com or the like.

   I saw an ad for https://memorialstamps.com on "Today on AOL" and thought it looked too good to be true. But I tried ordering 300 stamps for $81 since it did have the https:// of a secure website but the payment was declined. I called my credit card company and they said there was an attempted charge for $81 originating somewhere in Asia, definitely, but I think they said Hong Kong. They said it looked like clothing not stamps and was evidently fraud and that it had been declined. I am thankful that they pay attention to attempted fraud.

   So why is AOL allowing apparently fraudulent advertising? I have bought cheap stamps occasionally before, but not Forever stamps. This site should be investigated and removed if found to be fraudulent, and AOL should have an easy way to report suspected fraud.

12. commercials during gaming

    During game play I get 30 second commercials. It breaks the train of thought. Sometimes it's only a 15 second commercial but it still breaks my train of thought. I can't play like this anymore. Google has been up my butt to open an email account with them. Maybe it's time.

18. Return the old email program - it worked

    Your "new" email has more bugs than were planted in the the "new" American Embassy in Moscow. I try to delete an email, it opens it. I try to close or delete it, it takes 2 or 3 minutes to reset. And then the same process again. When I open the program I see 5 or 6 sections of emails I have no idea why they are being presented. Some I saved, some I thought I deleted. But what I want to see are the most recent emails in chronological order. Even trying to make adjustments is worse than trying to fix a British Jag with a VW manual. If someone was paid to do this, then I hope they ran with the money because they certainly weren't qualified.
