Restore the ability to delete messages with the trashcan hovering next to the incoming message column. Too far away on the right.
Previously, the trashcan symbol was located on the far left of the inbox messages screen. WIth the update, it was moved to hover over the time and date column located on the far right. The demand on human eyes to shift to the right and have to work across the entire row to delete a message is taxing on the eye. It would be helpful to relocate the trashcan hover closer to the subject line of the message, whether new or old message.

Favorites issue
When opening the Favorites on Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge the folders are not showing up, but they show up on AOL Desktop Gold.

if travelling & phone gets stolen/broken, give us a dang way to access our email with, say,, answer security questions online after hours!!!
teach your programmers and your "smart (stupid) virtual assistant" how to use our security questions to let us into our email when a phone is NOT available at all !!! you rely too dang much on the world having a stinkin cell phone attacned to our *** ALL the time. that's not the real world. give us a way in without a text or a phone call to our cell phone !! Thank You.

AOL email seems much slower than Google mail
Hello - many years ago I switched all of my email accounts to AOL except one. Ever since then I experience much slower email reception than my remaining Google account. I just sent an email from one of my AOL accounts to another with a 144kB pdf attachment and I still haven't received it. Then I sent the same email from my AOL account to my Google mail account and received it almost instantly. Why is this?? Due to the pain in the butt it would be to switch everything back to Google mail, I'll put up with it but…

aol calendar is redirecting to week and not on month
AOL Calendar is not showing up on the Month page right away. It redirects to week everytime we open the AOL Calendar. Please create an option to setup the screen page to Month.

Investigate bug on email composing web page where text cursor frequently disappears or jumps while typing when an ad changes
This happens constantly to me when composing an email on AOL's website, and I noticed the timing coincides with the changing of the side or top ads. I have sometimes encountered it in other programs but not nearly as often. Ask your coders to check your event-processing and refresh logic.

I called Tech and he was unable to help I have been with AOL for 35 + years.
I turn on my computer / PC and use my Email and look at some of the news feeds that's it I'm too busy for anything else. But all I get is Ad after Ad after Ad. No one can figure out how to get rid of them. The tech said they were sponsored Ad's I'm not sponsoring them, I paid for AD FREE.I need help
