More censorship with no explanation and for no reason
Censored again for no reason. I find that I am prevented from replying to anyone in comments section. I have done nothing to warrant this. I do not use bad language or attack anyone. However, I am on the receiving end of comments from others that violate AOL policy but that seems to be allowed. I am never given a reason or notice for why this happens. When I call support, they deny anything personal is being done to me. They could at least have the courtesy to give me a reason for shutting down my ability to reply.

I deleted Gold and reloaded. Worked fine for 24 hours, then you updated it, now the same problems. Front page is scanning all articles. this is win 10 1709 build. 1 GB Cable modem.

The "Only accept messages from senders in your contact list" feature is useless!!!
How about a little more effort on spam blocking. I set my filter to "Only accept messages from senders in your contact list" It has done NOTHING!!! Spam comes through every single day! That feature is USELESS!!!

spam blocker erases blocked addresses
FIX THE SPAM BLOCKER! I block spam all the time, especially the offensive stuff, but you keep emptying my blocked addresses. I had close to 50 yesterday, got a rash more spam today, blocked two of them and checked my list in spam controls, and there was only ONE address there. In other words, AOL deleted the rest. I should be able to have 1000 blocked addresses according to what you tell me, that doesn't mean you clean out my blocked address file every day for me.

Watch comments better when having an article about a sexually explicit material of baseball player Trevor Bauer. The comments are disgusting slang languages about putting things in women's backsides. I don't know what or who is doing it but AOL needs to watch closer of them instead of other articles with language like *. When I use the word * aol jumps on it, well I wish aol would jump on words like up the back side with a slider.
