Why did AOL stop the Comment Section? I cannot comment on articles and would a response explaining why this happened last week.
This is the third time I have requested an explanation. I will take this matter further to get an answer.

Aol quit working on outlook and through gmail can't set back up!
AOl is not updateing through Outlook or gmail. It wants my password. I create a third party password but it's not working!

Allow me to choose topics and providers for the news feed on my email page. So much of it is useless and there are too many fake news stories about consumer deals from aol or its advertising partners. I don't need "news stories" on diet, exercise, pets, sports, celebrities, or gossip.
Of the 20 stories appearing in my feed, only four or five are actual news. The rest is either fluff or ads disguised as articles. I'm intelligent. I want intelligent news. This is the reason I rarely look at what is in my feed, let alone actually reading an…4858th ranked -

Deleting Old Emails! I would do it, thus freeing up space, if I could choose in what order to view, i.e. name, date, etc.
Used to be able to do this, but I won't go through them one by one to delete. If I can click on email address title at the top and have it move to alphabetical like it used to, then I could block delete and free up a lot of space from my thousands and thousands of sitting emails.

Can no longer post comments. Why?
I have been able to post comments to articles up until yesterday. No longer can comment. Click retry and still get message stating "Your comment failed to publish". What's going on?

AOL Desktop Gold
The emails from the draft folder were not showing on AOL Desktop Gold. I did a back-up, reinstalled the app again and now none of the emails are showing, instead it shows purple lines.

organize blocked emails by date instead of alphabet
If blocked emails are organized by date, it will be possible to clear older blocked emails to allow for new blocked ones

SEE PROBLEM BELOW
PROBLEM: I RECEIVE AN EMAIL FROM AOL reading "(Name) has replied to your comment"; Under that, it says
"Reply to (NAME)". When I click on that option, the screen simply returns to the news story, but does not show any comments at all. This has been going on for about a week. I enjoy the conversation following the "Today on AOL" news stories, and I pay for the privilege of replying to others when I'm emailed with their post by AOL.

Conversation/Comments Section
The issue is that within the "Conversation" comments section, the Notifications column isnt working properly. Even though it is showing the amount of replies or ratings my comments get, when I hit the blue icon to see them it tells me nothing is there.

Establish adequate language skills standards for employees dealing with the public.
Ensure that employees dealing with AOL customers calling in for assistance are capable of adequately expressing themselves in English. I admit to wearing a hearing aid, but even my daughter, who has normal hearing, had great difficulty in determining exactly what your customer support person was saying. We both questioned whether or not he understood the situation being described to him.
