It does not surprise me that AOL did not allow comment on an article that included both tRump and an Evangelist group.
I will never understand with the evidence that has been presented why an Evangelist group would continue to support someone with so much questionable conduct. Whether it is the proof the committee organized by the Congress of this country or actual live microphone saying he could shoot someone in Grand Central Station or the middle of the street and no one would do anything. Use common sense, logic and good judgement when holding our comments.
AOL post TOS, but when they review comments that do not violate TOS they hold them for sometimes days before allowing them. They reject them and no TOS violation is in the comments. Either change the TOS or start allowing comments that do not violate TOS.

Review your censorship policy
You really should review your censorship of comments, I was one of the original users of AOL when it was a balanced NEWS organization. That has changed, For some reason - certainly not lack of civility - I have been refused access to the comment session. I've since migrated to FOX News because of that but I sometimes do want to comment on AOL NEWS stories, but ALWAYS get blocked, I can write a completely innocuous word and still be blocked. I really would like to know why I've being censored,

I think the headliner says it all, free speech, ya know, let me dislike somehting my way, you make statements like I should'nt use harsh or profane language but I am expected to permit free thinking when it is an infringement of my right to free speech to disagree as vehemently as I choose. I watch the news proviles on so called peaceful liberal protesters, their language used would make a salilor blush... your rules are biased and phoney... that's all ... I'm good now !

Consider a more moderate approach to reporting news.
You can improve your product by posting moderate and conservative views on your news stories. We conservatives may actually read your posts if they represented at least neutral viewpoints. Your left-wing ***** prompts me to disregard any of your news posts and seriously consider another email service. Surely someone on your staff recognizes this bias and recommends a more moderate approach to your reporting.

I just read an article entitled "In 2022, Slavery is on the ballet for voters in 5 states". Perhaps it's time to complain to the FCC about AOL's unnecessary censorship and lack of a mechanism for redress of censorship.
I have been a member of AOL since 1991, when it was dial-up.
Lately, it is clear that Far-Right elements are protected at the cost of everyone else.
It is clear that my name--not just any comment-is the target of overbearing censorship.
I will admit that I have transgressed against the Community Guidelines on a very few occasions; however, even--for a month now--when I have absolutely complied with the Guidelines, my posts are blocked.
