Eliminate the 2 step verification process!
Complaint! It is completely unacceptable and ILLEGAL to attempt to prevent your users from accessing our email accounts! If you do this to me again, I will be reporting AOL to the FCC again and the Attorney General!

Discontinue the comments.
It is time to discontinue the comment boards on AOL.com. They are either political, antagonistic, or censored. The level of disdain towards fellow man is disgraceful.

Get rid of your unneeded two-step security system. This is an e-mail site, not a nuclear weapons site.
Studies have shown that two-step security process is of use only for people who keep hand-written passwords near their computer or keep them them in a readily found file, such as "Passwords" on their desktops. Adequate security is a long password that is easily remembered. I have lots of money in an investment company, and it requires only a password. Its customer accounts haven‘ been cracked.

Restoration of Comment Capability
I am a person of Traditional Values. In the past, I enjoyed posting Comments relative some of the stories appearing on AOL Homepage. My ability to comment has been terminated and censored. HOW CAN MY ABILITY TO SUBMIT COMMENTS BE RESTORED? I have NEVER submitted a vulgar or inaccurate Comment Narrative. HOW DO I RESTORE MY ABILITY TO SUBMIT COMMENTS? Surely, AOL and Yahoo appreciate and encourage the submission of different viewpoints and perspectives?

I delete my junk mail from my regular mailbox and it will reappear the following day. I am sick of this. Why are you doing this???

FIX "NEW" E-MAIL PROGRAM
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT YOUR "NEW" E-MAIL SYSTEM. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO WORK WITH IT FOR MONTHS WITH NO SUCCESS. IT IS SO ILLOGICAL AND CUMBERSOME. HAVING TO SCROLL DOWN THROUGH ALL E-MAILS JUST TO HIT THE REPLY BUTTON IS RIDICULOUS. AT LEAST MOVE "REPLY" TO THE TOP OF THE CURRENT E-MAIL. HAVING SAID THAT, YOUR PREVIOUS SYSTEM WAS MUCH EASIER AND MORE LOGICAL. I'M SO FRUSTRATED WITH THIS DESIGN THAT I'M THINKING OF GOING TO A NEW MAIL SYSTEM AFTER BEING WITH AOL FOR ALMOST 25 YEARS! The story about G. A.'s dress is just well "disgusting". It is all in the mind whether that mind is despicable or clean. In my mind it just looks like a floral design, if a sickening designer wants to make it out to be intimate then we know where that persons mind is most of the time. my contacts information is not on this new stupid format, I liked it the way it was so go back to what we had.
Get rid of this newest format and go back to what we had. My contacts have now disappeared and I have them NO WHERE ELSE....I am furious and the AOL COMMENTS SECTIONS isn't coming up anymore, why?
