1. Perhaps it's time to complain to the FCC about AOL's unnecessary censorship and lack of a mechanism for redress of censorship.

   I have been a member of AOL since 1991, when it was dial-up.
   Lately, it is clear that Far-Right elements are protected at the cost of everyone else.
   It is clear that my name--not just any comment-is the target of overbearing censorship.
   I will admit that I have transgressed against the Community Guidelines on a very few occasions; however, even--for a month now--when I have absolutely complied with the Guidelines, my posts are blocked.
   There is no method of redress, and I have called Customer Service to complain--only to be told that I need to log my issues on this forum--and being kept on hold by Customer Service for 30 or more minutes.
   There is no method by which someone whose name is obviously targeted for absolute censorship can find out exactly which comment(s) led to the censorship, or how to address the issue(s), or any kind of guidance pertaining to how to get a fair hearing about the issues or recision of censorship.
   I have reported AOL to the FCC repeatedly because this is a CLEAR violation of my freedom of speech.
   I fully intend to provide a transcript of this "idea" to the FCC in a continuation of my complaints against AOL.
   AOL: If you are going to act as the sole arbiter of censorship, you MUST provide a documented method of redress for people who are being censored. Anything less is yet another sign of the creeping fascism that threatens everything Americans hold dear.

3. How about the truth for a change of pace.

   Well with the new hearing on the events of Jan. 6th
   I am not surprised with all the lies that are coming form
   our corrupt politicians in Washington D.C. VS the truth!
   When you have a Speaker of the House that is as corrupt and evil as Nancy Pelosi you have to ask yourself
   what in the world were people thinking keeping her in
   office for so long? She is the one resposible for the
   event that took place. She is the one who is sitting on
   thousands of hours of video that she will not release.
   The F.B.I. had agents and informants in the crowd who
   were trying to get the crowd to storm the capital. It is
   no surprise that the F.B.I. is refusing to answer the
   questions about their involvement with the so called
   insurrection. The plot to kidnap the sack of **** Michigan Governor was hached and pushed by F.B.I.. Then
   when you look at Liz Cheney being hand picked by
   Pelosi to represent the G.O.P. in regards to the investigation you have to wonder why the daughter of a war
   criminal with a ******* for President Trump was placed
   in that possition? This daughter of a war criminal is
   no different than her father. **** Cheney and George Bush are both guilty of war crimes and should stand
   trial in the World Court. This won't happen either.
   The path we are on now has been coming for decades.
   We are the only Nation in the world that is standing in
   the way of the One World Order. If you support Donald
   Trump you are either a White Supremacist and will be
   punished for your insurrection against Pelosi, Schumer
   and the rest of the traitors that are now destroying our
   children. They can't change your thinking, but they can
   change your children into mindless robots that they can
   control to do their bidding!

4. OMG how I miss the old AOL

   I am old...71 I was on computers before the internet. I remember how I felt what a breath of fresh air AOL was in the day. I AM SO SORRY that the masses moved over to the platforms that we have today. Freedom gone original thinking gone. Yes we argued had trouble in Chats but your platform gave us something to think about, not information being forced in our heads. I can say till the day I die NEVER ME. Oh how I miss those days. Looking back you are the best. I wish I did not feel this doomed feeling. Where are our Tech people. Where have all the Techies gone?

   If anyone watched Joe Biden on Wednesday night on CNN they should be very concerned. His speech was all over the place, he has problems completing a sentence. And if you watched he closes his eyes when he gets confused.

6. AOL needs to fix the AOL Mail program.

    I have been an AOL user for YEARS..from the beginning. I am so ashamed and appalled at your news reporting. It is clear and apparent where you stand politically...but you represent ALL of your customers....not just the left.     I'm really getting sick of clicking on an article in AOL that MIGHT have some useful information in it - as the article on 9-30-2020, about a toxin found in some breakfast cereals - only to have to wade through page after page ..."Next Page" banners, just so you can insert a bunch of worthless ads that only 1% of the readers might be interested in. I want to see the information you've found ( if it really is worth knowing) - and not take 20 minutes to get there. I've been an AOL subscriber for 20 years, but between your horrible formats, and the Huffington Puffington Post's heavy-weigh left news writing, I would quit AOL right now - if I didn't have to tell everybody I had changed my e-mail. You all really need to wake up. You did your hole deeper every day and it's not doing anybody any good - including YOU.
