Your folks desparately need psychiatric help
I joined AOL when it was dial-up only and there were like 30,000 members. I have used AOL as my main email account for business and for communication with friends, family and the Native American Community. Your editorial bias is SO pronounced that I seriously wonder whether a psychiatrist can help you or not. KNOCK OFF THE EDITORIAL NONSENSE!!!!! Report real news not your one-sided opinions. I am seriously considering going to another email site

The only "Policy Guildline" that AOL should foster is one of truth telling
The "censors" that review posts are so inconsistent with their approval and reject decisions- with only a vague statement as to the reason for a reject. The rationale should only be based upon civility, truthfulness, and not the personal political views and bias of the reviewer. Ample examples and comments show that this is a universal and unwarranted practice by your reviewers. Your journalistic integrity is compromised with such actions..

The only good feature of the new email format is the right screen arrow to hide an ad!
Why is the send button now at the bottom of the screen? Spacing on the new emails is distracting and wastes space.

I am sick and tired of most conservative articles being marked as if they are improper. This does not happen except on conservative posts.
Do not "censor" conservative posts. Let ME decide if I want to open and look at those posts. If you want to ":censor" some of the posts why don't you mark the LIBERAL POSTS which would be more important.

Too many ads placed in the news section that make it difficult sort out what is real news and not advertisements.
Suggestions: Eliminate those that are not real news or minimize Ads, or limit the Ads in every page for Aol.com domain.
