  1. Significantly deteriorating service in zip code 22209. Have been subscriber for many years. Now messages may take 30 min to download. Please

    I need update before I change services. Subscriber for many years. Now service in zip code 22209 has deteriorated significantly. May take 10-20 minutes for header to download and up to 30 minutes for message to download from server. Are you going to improve capacity to provide better service to your customers?   7. Technical issues with the audio/sound in the slots lounge

    While playing slots in the Slots Lounge, the audio/sound stops playing after watching the ads to earn 300 reward points. This has been happening for at least the past 6 months. Not having the sound effects really takes away from playing slots. Just fix it please! Thank you.

  9. Quit being biased. Report balanced news and not skewed to the left

    Again you are reporting on the transgender boy/girl who now is traumatized because a teacher called him by his deadname. Are you serious about reporting anything relevant? Instead of reporting on this poorly adjusted boy and how his emotions are devastated, report on how disgusting our administration is supporting gender identity transformation therapy and surgery for minors. We continue to push this on kids so now they think it is a normal act.

    I wanted to comment about the article you have on the news feed about Donald Trump which reads:

    Donald Trump wants his '74 million' supporters to sign a petition railing against his potential arrest. Those who sign it are asked to donate $3,300 and more.

    This is misleading and an outright lie. Those who sign the petition are given suggested donation amounts starting at $24 and going up to $3,300. Your article makes it sound as if Donald Trump is only asking for $3,300 from everyone who signs the petition, which isn't the truth. Either…
