instead of reporting only bad news about our president. why don't you report all the facts. Like the one trillion dollar package passed by senate which would give every person a thousand dollars every 2 weeks. This factual story is not even on your news page! You guys should be ashamed of yourselves! No wonder no one reads your news coverage!

Go back to the old format. This new one is not user friendly. AOL user are older citizens and we don’t need another new format to adapt to.
Go back to the old format. Do you not understand that AOL is used by a lot of senior citizens who don’t need new bells and whistles. We are set in our ways, and prefer not to have things change, especially if they are not user friendly. Do you think your users are millennials who always look for something new??? We are not them.

Reevaluate your censorship policies
Your censorship has gone overboard. I have been censored for 2 days straight for no reason. Admittedly I have said some things and was censored for it rightly so but now I am being censored for everything regardless of what I say. I have even copied someone else's post and made it my own just to see if it would be censored and it was when the original was accepted.My question is why have I been targeted when others have posted far worse and was accepted?

Old Format!
Publish user friendly steps for returning to the old email format. The new one which has been forced on us.....PAYING MEMBERS!!!!.....is not an improvement at all. Rather, it is distracting and cumbersome. Like they say, "If it ain't broke, then don't fix it!!!".

The email format is bad. This space on the side, the seperate days, the trash can button on the far right, and if you click too fast to delete it opens the mail anyway. The old format was basic yes, but its email, not rocket science. keep it simple and dont mess with it.
