    Why do some articles not have a comment section? That should be available on all articles?

    Spammers - or perhaps the same spammer - are using different fonts - so far all spam today has a different font - and a number of them are getting by your filters and coming into my in box. Thank you!

  10. Allow your users to connect for help easily.

    My mail box is not working and I am not allowed to access the emails. The message shows error without any clarity. Tried calling on the helpline, it says the number is not functional.
    AOL used to be the best platform now its becoming ******.

  12. I fail to understand your censorship policy. I never use foul words, never attack another's text, merely reply with my take on the subject.

    Let us know why you are censoring. I get a usual remark, when there is nothing I've said that's contains foul words or is insulting to anyone. A different idea, yes, but never disparaging, yet I'm censored. Oddly, this usually happens after my 3rd post. When conservatives complain, I'm at a loss. They've plenty to say and it's posted. The system is inconsistent and odd, and very capricious. Thank you.

  13. I just need time away from AOL. I thought posting would help me feel better, but AOL has double standards for people on the chat section. An

    I need to get away from this awful one-sided site. AOL is a hypocrite when it comes to posting photos, you let some post them, most like me are not allowed to. And you reject my comments when they are not bad or mean to anyone. I wish someday soon, this site will just get bought out and thrown out the window.

    I have been trying for almost a week to get a simple answer to a simple question. I have used your feedback, report a bug, online help and even the PHONE and nothing! I simply believe you don't want to hear from us mere users. You sure don't want us to question your policies and you REFUSE to explain your actions.
    But I guess hiding your heads in the sand makes your job a lot easier.
