    Stop censoring conservative ideas. Can AOL report ANY story objectively? You don't respect your own audience, your users. Are you asking us to leave AOL??? Because we can.

    AOL news is the most mundane news company around.
    Why some of your stories are published is a mystery and the non-news items are mind boggling. Why is it news that Sully isn't using Twitter? Who cares what famous people use Twitter or Meta, or are watching CNN?
    Put stories that have some value and not just fill up space.

    Seems every time I try to post a comment that isn't favorable for rePUKElicans, my post is refused? Well, it must be because AOL is a rePUKElican media outlet. Oh, AOL also refuses to have their conversations section on media favorable to Democrats. Interesting.

    When navigating to an option, instead of giving all the directions, have a link that will take you to the option. For example, if you want to go to a particular option, have that option operate as a link. The dashboard of AOL menu looks like the dashboard of a 747! It is too busy and frustrating. Now, if I paid for a subscription I bet I would find options easier.

  13. Why do you know my new password is similar? are you storing password in plain text?

    The fact that AOL is telling me my new password is similar to the old password, it means AOL does not store hashed password, and it keep data in plain text within it's database, allowing those with access to use these password if a dirty hand reach the...

  20. Address book groups and categories are not working for AOL Desktop Gold or AOL BETA

    PLEASE get your engineers to correct the problems with aol desktop gold and aol beta and aol mail.. I've made np changes to my computer, but for the last 3 or 4 days, my address book will not update. I can't add or delete contacts, and all of my groups have been mixed up, with entries ending up in the wrong groups. I use aol regularly to notify my church family of events and prayer requests, and need this fixed. I've already called twice, and tech support has sent me to three different 'levels' of support and finally said they'ed…
