  2. Stop fixing things that are not broken

    Since the latest update I have lost my folders in favorites. I used that everyday and now they are gone. Your help center in a foreign land does not help. 7/4/23

    Hate the new format that was automatically put on my email. There was a icon that said if you wanted you could get the "standard; form but that was not what I had. I must have been using the really, really old one but that is what I want.

  7. Stop upgrading my aol mail. Restore me to the original GUI.

    Leave me be. No more helpful unrequested changes. Don't change anything. Don't leave change request where they can be blundered into. Always ask "Are you sure you want to change your AOL mail gui?"

  9. This new mail format is dysfunctional. Otherwise I'll be forced to leave, after close to 30 years.

    i agree with many of the post. If we don't get the old format back, so we can at least change the font size, change color, move emails to folders, you can stuff your Email where the sun don't shine. I have used your email since 1999 in one form or another. I can use many other email formats for free. Don't need your arrogance!

  12. Give us a "heads up" when you change the software display(s)!!!!

    Stop changing the software access points without giving us a "HEADS UP" as to what you are doing. As for the "new" AOL mail system -- it SUCKS!!! I speak (type) from over 32 years of IT experience --- and your failures are getting worse every time you "FIX" something in the system.
