It's just the opposite on the deaths. There are many deaths reported as covid19, because the hospitals get much more money with a reported covid19 death. AND if there is a ventilator involved (which can actually cause death if not needed) the money triples. The blue states think they can extract federal money to correct their fiscal failures.
