    Please put me back in the old format. I never wanted nor asked for a new format.
    the new layout is just a disaster for me anyway. Please change back to the former format so I can get on with using AOL.

    NEW SOFTWARE FOR MAIL HAS PROBLEM. WHEN I PRESS "SEND" EMAIL GOES INTO DRAFT. PLEASE FIX.

    My e-mail is really messed up now. I'm a senior, and I must have clicked on signing in something to do with signing in. I don't even know now, but it said I changed to a new sign-in, and I didn't mean to. I can't find anything now. Please go back to the old Basic version so I can get some work done. This is ridiculous. I so emotional now. I'm 80 yrs old and need my old version back. It was easy to sign in, read my e-mails, post pictures, etc. Now, I can't do anything right. I loved the basic version. I'm just lost! Please change it back for me.

    The new format has me using my G-mail more. Is there a way to go back to the previous format?

    I would like my email to look the way it did....larger......I do not like the small version.

    I do not want or like the new e-mail format - please put me back on the old version - I will be changing if not - I am 86 years old and do not have the voice thing to contact you.

    Why do I now have to pay for AOL e-mail that I have had since 1995. This is especially true since I have wade through a cavalcade of ads for products I have never ordered. I have an account at the university but I prefer to keep my home correspondence separate for other e-mail. If I have to now pay to continue to use my e-mail on AOL i will use my other server. Please deleate any reference you have to mac911@aol.com
