  1. Go back to the old format. This new one is not user friendly. AOL user are older citizens and we don’t need another new format to adapt to.

    I've had AOL from the beginning and 80 years old. I can't forward now to my contacts. Alot of my contacts are messed up and doesn't work. I only used e-mail addresses when sending some and not their complete name plus e-mail address. I'm so stressed out now that it's been changed. I only use my old Laptop, and not my phone. Nothing works. Please please let us go back to the original AOL.

    My e-mail is really messed up now. I'm a senior, and I must have clicked on signing in something to do with signing in. I don't even know now, but it said I changed to a new sign-in, and I didn't mean to. I can't find anything now. Please go back to the old Basic version so I can get some work done. This is ridiculous. I so emotional now. I'm 80 yrs old and need my old version back. It was easy to sign in, read my e-mails, post pictures, etc. Now, I can't do anything right. I loved the basic version. I'm just lost! Please change it back for me.
